Orange Zucchini Bread

Ingredients
- Glaze:
- 4 cups flour
- 4 cups grated zucchini
- 2 teaspoons salt, scant
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 cups applesauce
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- zest of two oranges
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 2/3 cup chopped walnuts or raisins
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 4 tablespoons orange juice
- 1/2 teaspoon orange zest

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease and flour bread pans. Mix all ingredients together and pour batter into pans. Bake for 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Pour glaze over tops of loaves. Let cool in pans slightly before removing to cool completely on wire racks.
