Ingredients
- 3 cups (750 ml) rhubarb, cut into one-inch (2.5 cm) pieces
- 1/3 cup (75 ml) honey
- 1/4 cup (50 ml) apple juice
- 2 strips lemon or orange peel
- 6 whole cloves
- 2 cups (500 ml) fresh strawberries, halved

Preparation
Step 1
in two-quart (two-litre) casserole dish, combine rhubarb, honey, apple juice, orange peel and cloves.
Microwave, covered, at High for five to seven minutes or until rhubarb is just tender and still holds its shape, stirring once.
Let cool to room temperature.
Remove peel and cloves.
Fold in strawberries and refrigerate until serving time
