Strawberry Preserves - Jay's Recipe

  • 2 pints strawberries (washed, sliced or quartered)
  • 1-3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 fluid ounces Chambord
  • 1 box fruit pectin

Step 1

Place strawberries and sugar in a small sauce pot and place over a medium-high heat.

Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add pectin and cook for another minute or two. Transfer to a bowl and allow to cool in refrigerator overnight.
