Ingredients
- 1/4 c chopped parsley
- 2 t reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1 t fresh lime juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 8 chicken thighs

Step 1
1) preheat broiler
2) in bowl, combine parsley, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, pepper and red pepper
3) make 1/2" slits in each thigh. coat bony side of thigh with parsley mixture, then pull back skin on meaty side and spread mixture under the skin
4) place skin sied down in broiler pan and broil 4" from heat for 10 minutes or until golden.
turn chicken over and broil 7 minutes, or til cooked thru.
