- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, chopped
- 1/3 cup pine nuts
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Toss together all ingredients. Place mixture on an 18x12-inch jelly-roll pan. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or to desired degree of doneness, stirring twice.
