Pumpkin pie with sweetened condensed milk
- 1 pie dough
- 1 15 oz can pure pumpkin
- 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp allspice
- 1 tsp ground ginger
One option is to par bake the crust, but I never have. Simply mix the eggs till fluffy, then add the rest of the ingredients till smooth. Pour into your crust and bake about 50 minutes until set. Serve with spiced whip cream.
Ie whip cream, sugar and 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice.
