• 1 3/4 cup flour
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 3/4 cup ricotta cheese
• 1/2 cup water
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 1 tbsp lemon zest
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 large egg beaten
• 2 tbsp turbinado sugar

Step 1

Mix 1st 4 ingredients.

Mix next 6 ingredients in another bowl.

Add mixture to dry ingredients. Mix until moist.

Sprinkle with turbinado sugar and bake
