Ingredients
- 1 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained*
- 1 9-inch prepared pie crust, unbaked
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons Homemade Gourmet® BLT Seasoning

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Press thawed and completely drained spinach into bottom of pie crust; sprinkle with onion and cheeses.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and seasoning; pour over spinach mixture.
3. Bake, uncovered, 35 to 40 minutes or until firm in center and a knife inserted comes out clean.
