Slow Cooker Bacon & Corn Chowder

Ingredients

Pie Crust
1 can Corn
4 Bacon Strips, crumbled
4 Green Onions
2 Egg White
1 Egg
1/2 c Milk
S&P
Parmesan Cheese

Details

Preparation

Step 1

350*
Cook & crumble bacon
Saute corn & green onion
Mix egg white thru parm cheese (to taste)
Add corn, bacon & green onion
Pour into pie crust
Cook 25-30 min or until done
