Ingredients
- 4 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper
- 1/3 cup fresh bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup provolone, mozzarella or goat cheese
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh dill

Preparation
Step 1
In a 10-cup gratin dish or 13x9 glass baking dish, toss together tomatoes, garlic, oil, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with bread crumbs; dot with cheese.
Roast in 400 degree oven until tender and wrinkled, about 45 minutes. Sprinkle with dill.
