    C rice vinegar

    T chile paste with garlic

    T soy sauce

  • ½

    t kosher salt, divided

    1 lb. pork tenderloins, trimmed

  • ½

    t pepper

  • Cooking spray

  • Fresh chives, cut into 1" pieces

Directions

Prepare grill to med-hi heat. Combine preserves, vinegar, chile paste, soy sauce & 1/4 t salat, stirring with whisk Sprinkle pork with remaining salt & pepper. Place on grill; grill 18 min. (160 degrees), turning occasionally & basting frequently with fig mixture. Garnish with chives. (Serving size: 3 oz.) 193 Cal
