Turkey Breast with Garlic Roasted Potatoes

  • 1 (3lb) turkey breast
  • 8 small red potatoes, cut into halves
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 garlic cloves, pressed
  • season to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Place the turkey meat side up in 9X13 baking dish. Arrange potaotes aroun the turkey. Mix the broth and garlic in a bowl. Pour over turkey and potaotes. Spinkle w/ seasonings. Bake, covered, for 1 hour. Remove cover and bake for 15-20 minutes longer or until a meat thermometer inserted in the thickest par the turkey regesters 170 F. Remove turkey and let stand, covered for 10 minutes before carving.
