Ingredients
- 1/2 C fig preserves
- 1/4 C rice vinegar
- 1 T chile paste with garlic
- 1 T soy sauce
- 1/2 t kosher salt, divided
- 2 1 lb. pork tenderloins, trimmed
- 1/2 t pepper
- Cooking spray
- Fresh chives, cut into 1" pieces

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare grill to med-hi heat.
Combine preserves, vinegar, chile paste, soy sauce & 1/4 t salat, stirring with whisk
Sprinkle pork with remaining salt & pepper.
Place on grill; grill 18 min. (160 degrees), turning occasionally & basting frequently with fig mixture. Garnish with chives.
