Key Lime Coconut White Chocolate Popcorn

Ingredients
- 1 packet Frosting Creations Key Lime Pie Flavor Mix
- 4 oz. white chocolate
- 1 1/2 cups toasted coconut
- 6 cups air popped popcorn

Preparation
Step 1
Put popcorn into a large bowl.
Melt white chocolate in a double boiler.
Pour pack of Duncan Hines® Frosting Creations™ Key Lime Pie Flavor Mix into melted chocolate and stir well
Carefully pour mixture into a ziploc bag and snip corner.
Drizzle melted chocolate mix over popcorn, mixing it as you go.
Add toasted coconut and stir.
On a tinfoil or wax paper lined sheet, pour popcorn on it and spread it out.
Refrigerate until hardened, about 10 minutes.
