  • 1 pork tenderloin, unseasoned
  • 2 cans cranberry sauce or 20 oz fresh cranberry sauce
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • dash of ground clove
  • zest and juice from 1 1/2 oranges
