Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 12-cup muffin pan.

Combine Streusel Mix, butter and 1 tablespoon reserved pineapple juice in small bowl until crumbly. Put 1 tablespoon of mixture in each prepared cup. Place cherry half in center of each cup and top with 7 to 8 pineapple tidbits.

Place egg, oil, 1 tablespoon reserved pineapple juice and Carnation® Evaporated Milk in large bowl. Stir until well blended. Add Cake Mix and stir for 45 strokes. Do not over-mix. Spoon 2 tablespoons batter over the streusel mixture in each cup.

Bake for 18 to 24 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack for 3 minutes. Run knife around edges and flip muffins out. If any of the tidbits or cherries stick to the cups, place back on muffins. Serve warm. Store in tightly covered container.
