Bacon Foil Packet Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2-3 sheets of heavy duty foil
  • 10 pieces of cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 10-12 red potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup of cheese (optional)
  • 3 tablespoons rosemary
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Sour Cream for serving (optional)
  • Green onions for serving (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Spray each sheet with cooking spray. Tops each piece with equal portions of potatoes, bacon, rosemary and mix. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add 1 tablespoon of butter to each serving. Wrap tightly.

Bake it in the oven at 350 degrees for an hour. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serve in foil, topped with sour cream if desired.
