Potatoes, roasted, garlic, crispy
- 4 medium size red or yellow potatoes
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste

Cooking time 40mins
Preheat oven to 475 F degrees
Peal potatoes and cut them into 1/4 inch thick rounds. Place in bowl to mix sauce easily.
Peal garlic and crush and put in small bowl.
Add thyme to bowl.
Add salt and pepper to bowl.
Add olive oil to bowl until smooth.
Mix well - I use an 8 oz blender unit.
Pour garlic mixture over potatoes and mix well to coat evenly.
Place potatoes on a rimmed baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake until potatoes a brown on the underside about 20-25 minutes.
