Red, Hot & Blue Potato Salad
Potato salad is the perfect side dish for entertaining all year round, but especially with summer barbecues. The celery salt adds a nice flavor to this recipe.
- 2 to 2 1/2 pounds red-skin cooked potatoes, skin on
- 6 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 bunch green onions, just green parts, finely diced
- 1/2 to 3/4 cups real mayonnaise
- 3/4 teaspoon celery salt

Mix potatoes, hard boiled eggs, green onions, mayonnaise, and celery salt in a large bowl.
