Red, Hot & Blue Potato Salad

  • 2 to 2 1/2 pounds red-skin cooked potatoes, skin on
  • 6 hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 bunch green onions, just green parts, finely diced
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cups real mayonnaise
  • 3/4 teaspoon celery salt
