Ingredients
- 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 4 pork chops
- 1 tblsp butter, melted
- 2 tsps grated lemon peel
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup spaghetti or marinara sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 375. Grease 9x13 baking pan. Combine bread crumbs, butter, lemon peel and basil. In small bowl, combine egg and lemon juice. Brush chops with egg, then dip in crumb mixture to coat top and sides. Place on pan. Bake for 30-40 minutes. In small saucepan heat sauce and serve over chops.
