Summer Zucchini Saute

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 zucchini, cut in half lengthwise and then quarter inch slices
- 3/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped fine
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Preparation
Step 1
Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Add zucchini and saute for 6-8 minutes or until slightly browned and softened. Add the tomatoes and cook another 3-4 minutes or until softened. Add garlic and cook another minute. Remove skillet from heat and stir in basil and kosher salt (add more salt to taste).
