Ingredients

• 1 tsp canola oil
• 1 cup thin sliced onion
• curry powder to taste
• 1/2 cup chkn broth
• 2 zuccinin's in pcs
• salt and pepper to taste
• 2 tsp cream cheese

Preparation

cook oinion and curry together.Add next 4 ingredients.
stir fry for 5 min then add cream cheese. mix well then it's ready to go
