- 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- Fresh basil, cut into ribbons
- 1 French bread baquette

Step 1
Cut baquette into 1/2-inch diagonal slices. Sprinkle lightly with olive oil. Toast in a 350°F oven until lightly browned, turning once.
