Ingredients
- 1 Pound Ground Beef
- 1 C Chopped Onion
- 1/2 C chopped Sweet Green Pepper
- 3 Medium Zucchini, Sliced
- 2 Medium Tomatoes peeled/sliced/chopped (about 2 Cups)
- 1 Can (7oz) Niblet Corn, drained
- 1 Tsp Chili Powder
- 1 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Pepper
- 1/8 Tsp Garlic Powder

Preparation
Step 1
Cook Beef, onion, and Pepper in Large Skillet on Hi heat and breaking up Ground Beef with a wooden spoon until meat is no longer pink (about 5 minutes).
Drain Fat. Add Zucchini, Tomatoes, Corn, Chili Pepper, Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Powder to Skillet mixture.
Cover and simmer until Zucchini are tender (about 15 minutes). Serve
