Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Ground Beef
  • 1 C Chopped Onion
  • 1/2 C chopped Sweet Green Pepper
  • 3 Medium Zucchini, Sliced
  • 2 Medium Tomatoes peeled/sliced/chopped (about 2 Cups)
  • 1 Can (7oz) Niblet Corn, drained
  • 1 Tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp Pepper
  • 1/8 Tsp Garlic Powder

Preparation

Step 1

Cook Beef, onion, and Pepper in Large Skillet on Hi heat and breaking up Ground Beef with a wooden spoon until meat is no longer pink (about 5 minutes).

Drain Fat. Add Zucchini, Tomatoes, Corn, Chili Pepper, Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Powder to Skillet mixture.

Cover and simmer until Zucchini are tender (about 15 minutes). Serve
