Olive Garden Five-Cheese Ziti

  • Ziti Sauce:
  • 4 cups tomato sauce
  • 2 cups alfredo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 3 T. Fontina cheese
  • 1 t. garlic pepper seasoning
  • 1/2 t. garlic powder
  • Ziti Topping:
  • 3 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup italian breadcrumbs
  • 3 T. romano cheese
  • 3 T. parmesan cheese
  • 1 T. garlic, chopped
  • 3 T. vegetable oil
  • 3 T. fresh parsley
  • 1 lb. ziti pasta

Cooking time 60mins


Step 1

Prepare sauce ingredients, cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Whisk together first four topping ingredients. Add garlic, oil and parsley and mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Prepare pasta according to directions and drain. Pour 1/2 cup of sauce into bottom of dish. Add cooked ziti to remaining sauce and mix. Pour ziti in dish. Spread 1 cup of additional mozzarella over pasta. Top with topping mixture. Bake 30 to 40 minutes in 375 degree oven.
