Cranberry Salad

  • 1 lb. cranberries, crushed
  • 1 orange peeled, no seeds
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 2 cups chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 boxes strawberry jello
  • 1 1/2 cups hot water



Step 1

Grind cranberries and orange in food processor. Pour sugar over mixture and let stand 1 hour. Dissolve jello in water. Add pineapple, celery, and pecans to jello mixture. Mix well. Makes 2 bowls or one 9x13 pan. Refrigerate.
