Ingredients

    2 tbs gelatin

  • 1/4 1/4

    1/4 c. cold water

  • 3/4 3/4

    3/4 c. brown sugar

  • 1/2 1/2

    1/2 t. salt

  • 1 1t.

    1t. cinnamon

  • 1/2 1/2

    1/2 t. allspice

  • 1 1/3 1 1/3

    1/3 c. pumpkin

  • 3 3

    3 large egg yolks

  • 1/2 1/2

    1/2 c. milk

Directions

Mix in boiler and heat over a low for one minute. Remove, star in gelatin in cool. When partly sit beat until smooth. Beat egg whites gradually adding half a cup of sugar. Fold into pumpkin mixture. Pour in baked pie crust and refrigerate until set.
