Ingredients

  • ¾

    lb. butter

  • 3

    C sugar

  • 6

    eggs

  • 1

    T coconut flavoring

  • 1

    t baking powder

  • 3

    C flour

  • 1

    C milk

  • 1

    C flaked coconut

Directions

Spray Bundt pan with Pam. Cream butter & sugar til fluffy. Add eggs & beat well. Add flavoring & baking powder, mix well . Alternately, add flour & milk. Add coconut flakes & mix well. Bake at 350 for 1 hour, 15 mins Let cool in pan for a few minutes, then turn out onto cooling rack. ice top of cake with vanilla icing and sprinkle additional coconut flakes onto icing when cake is cooled.
