  • 3 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon jalapeno, finely chopped
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon ancho chile powder
  • 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • Zest of 1/2 lime
  • 8 butter lettuce leaves
  • Fresh lime wedges to garnish

Step 1

Break up the Louis Kemp Crab Delights into chunks into a bowl with your hands. Then, mix in the cilantro, green onions, Greek yogurt, jalapeno, ancho chile powder, lime juice, lime zest, salt, and black pepper.
