Blueberry/Orange Layer Cake

Ingredients

• 2 1/2 cup flour
• 2 teasp baking powder
• 1/2 teasp salt
• 1/2 cup plus unsalted butter
• 1 1/2 cup sugar
• 3 tbls frozen orange juice
• 1 1/2 teasp orange peel
• 1 teasp vanilla
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup milk
• Line bottom of cake pans-bake 350° for 30 min.

Preparation

Step 1

Filling: 2 1/2 pints blueberries. 2 tbls sugar. 1 teasp lemon juce. Bring to boil mash berries or blend cook 8 min chill. Put this filling between th layers. and frost.Frosting: 8oz cream cheese. 1 stick unsalted butter. 3 1/4 cup powder sugar. 2 tbls orange juice. 1 teasp orange rind. 1/2 teasp vanilla.
