Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. Ahi Tuna, cut in small dice
- 1/2 lb. Rock Shrimp, cooked/diced
- 1/2 cup Cucumber, diced small
- 1/4 cup Scallions, minced
- 2 tablespoons Ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon Jalapeno Chile, minced
- 1 tablespoon Shallot, minced
- 1 teaspoon Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1 teaspoon Chile Oil
- 1 teaspoon Sugar

Step 1
Combine all ingredients in bowl and toss. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes. Stays fresh only 2 days.
