Lemon Burst Cake Mix Cookies

Lemon Crinkle Cookies

Ingredients

1 box lemon cake mix
2 1/4 cup cool whip
1 egg
Powdered sugar, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the cake mix, scoop whip and egg together well

Spoon by the tsp-full onto sifted powdered sugar and roll to coat

Bake 10-15 minutes at 350 until brown
