Ingredients
- SALAD:
- 1 bag Dole American Blend Salad
- 1 red onion sliced
- 4 black olives
- 6 pepperoncinis
- 1 cup croutons
- 1 medium sized tomato
- Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- DRESSING:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons Romano cheese
- Sugar (optional)

Step 1
Chill salad bowl 30 minutes. Put salad mix in bowl, add onions, olives, pepperoncinis, croutons, tomatoes and cheese on top of the salad.
Mix ingredients of dressing in a blender. Sweeten with sugar if too tart for your taste. Dressing can be stored for 10 days in refrigerator.
