Scratch made blueberry pancakes
- 2 eggs, seperated
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tbsp. melted butter
- 1 cup blueberries
In a small bowl beat egg whites until stiff
In a separate bowl sift together flour, baking powder, sugar and salt
In another bowl beat the egg yokes and add mild and melted butter.
Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix until just smooth.
Fold in blueberries
Let batter sit for about 5 - 10 minutes before using
