Spinach Artichoke Dip
This is a Cooking Light recipe. It's my favorite appetizer to take to a holiday party. It's so delicious!

Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup fat free sour cream
- 1/4 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 14 *14 oz artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 8 oz. 1/3 less fat cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz fat free cream cheese, softened
- 10 oz pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained and squeezed dry
- Tortilla chips

Preparation
Step 1
Combine 1 ½ cups mozz cheese, sour cream, 2 T parmesan cheese and next 6 ingredients (through spinach) in large bowl until well blended.
Spoon mixture into 1 ½ quart baking dish.
Sprinkle with ½ cup mozzarella and 2 T Parmesan.
Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
*I use marinated artichoke hearts.
