ORANGE SOY BABY BACK RIBS

Ribs can be grilled. Baste with sauce about 10-15 minutes before pulling off grill; served extra sauce on side.

Ingredients
- 2 racks baby back pork ribs (2-3 lbs total), cut
- into individual ribs
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cumin

Preparation
Step 1
Place ribs in large plastic bag. Stir together OJ, soy sauce, sugar, cumin in bowl until sugar is dissolved, then pour marinade over ribs and seal bag, pressing out excess air. Marinate at least 1 hr.
Put oven rack in middle position and preheat oven to 375.
Transfer ribs and marinade to 13X9 baking dish in 1 layer. Roast ribs 30 min, then turn ribs over w/tongs and continue roasting until tender and well browned and marinade is thick and syrupy, about 30 min longer.
