- 4 cups Florida avocado diced medium
- 2 cups Florida grape or cherry tomatoes
- 2 cups cucumber peeled and diced medium
- 1 cup Florida red onion diced small
- 4 tablespoons fresh Florida cilantro chopped
- 2 teaspoons fresh Florida garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons Florida lime juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and fresh black pepper to taste
