Pumpkin Pie Dip w/Apples

YUMMY! This is a fantastic dip for apples, pears and graham crackers! It keeps for a few weeks in the refrigerator, and will get firmer as it sets. Great spread on toast too!

Ingredients

  • 1 8-oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 18-oz. can pumpkin pie filling
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2-1 tsp. ginger
  • apple slices, graham crackers, ginger snaps

Preparation

Step 1

Beat cream cheese and sugar at med. speed until very smooth. Add rest of ingredients, beating well. Cover and chill at least 8 hours.
