Ingredients
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 1/3 c. coconut flour
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 c. cold butter, cut
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- zest of whole lemon
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 1/2 t. baking powder
- 1/4 c. flour

Preparation
Step 1
Combine flours and powdered sugar. Cut in butter, press in 13x9 pan. Bake at 350* for 20-25 minutes or until light brown.
Whisk eggs very well, add sugar, lemon juice and zest. Stir in baking powder and 1/4 c. flour. Whisk mixture. Pour into hot or warm baked crust. Bake at 350* for 25 minutes or until light brown. Dust with powdered sugar when cooled.
