Tomatoes with Homemade Ranch Dressing & Bacon
By MichelleF
I made this with some tomatoes my neighbor brought me & it was delicious! I used olive oil mayo, light sour cream, & center cut bacon. I told my husband it was a tomato salad, which he thought was weird because to him, salad involves lettuce.
Ingredients
- 3 slices center cut bacon or 2 slices regular cut bacon
- 1 1/2 pounds large tomatoes, sliced, about 2 large
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup regular or light sour cream
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/4 teaspoon each kosher salt & pepper, plus more for seasoning
- 2 teaspoons chopped dill
