Jams and Jelly - Zucchini Marmalade

- Remove from heat and add:
- Peel and seed 6 cups zucchini. Shred or grate.
- Boil 15 minutes stirring frequently.
- 5 cups sugar
- 1 cup drained crushed pineapple
- 2 small or 1 large pkg orange jello
- Boil 6 minutes more.
- Remove from heat.
- Put in jars and seal.
