Ingredients
- For each 1/2 pound pork chop, use these measurements:
- 2 tablespoons orange marmalade
- 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup sweet onion, sliced
- 1 garlic clove
- salt and pepper, for seasoning pork chops
- 2 tbl honey
- garlic salt

Step 1
Sprinkle pork chop with salt, pepper and garlic salt (on each side).
Melt butter with marmalade and crushed garlic clove.
Add honey to butter/marmalade marinade.
Next, drizzle each side of pork chop with the marinade.
Top with onions
Bake at 375 for about 35-40 minutes covered with foil, then uncover the pork chops and bake for about 10 more minutes. (If the pork chops are thin, you will cook them for less time.)
