- 3 cups of sliced yellow summer squash
- 1/2 cup sliced onions
- 1/2 cup julienned green and red peppers
- 1 tbs canola oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1.5 tsp minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation
Step 1
saute squash, onions, and peppers in oil for 4-5 minutes
add remaining ingredients and cook until tender stirring occassionally
