Chocolate Chip cookies with Strawberry Marshmallow Filling

Ingredients

• 16 1/2 oz chocolate chip cookie dough roll
• 8 oz cream cheese
• 7 oz marshmallow fluff
• 1 cup strawberries blended

Preparation

Step 1

heat oven to 350
cut the cookie dough roll into thin slices
place each slice into a muffin tin and press down to form a cup
bake for 10 to 14 minutes
for the filling
mix the cream cheese with the marshmallow spread and blended straberries
blend until smooth
cover and place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes
when the cookie cups are baked fill each cup with strawberry filling
top each cookie with a whole strawberry
