Pesto Chicken Flatbread

  • 2 (6-inch) flatbreads (or one 12-inch)
  • 1 clove roasted garlic
  • 2 heaping tbsps. pesto
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 2 heaping tbsps. shredded parmesan



Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 400F.
2. Place flatbreads on baking sheet.
3. Spread garlic over flatbreads.
4. Spread 1 heaping tbsp. pesto over each flatbread on top of roasted garlic. Add chicken then both cheeses.
5. Bake for 8-12 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted and just starting to brown.
