- 3 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
- 2 large carrots, cut into small pieces
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 cup crushed ice

Step 1
Place the pineapple juice, carrot pieces, and lemon juice in a blender and blend until liquefied.
Add crushed ice and blend again, until the ice is liquefied. Stir well.
Serve immediately.
