Mom's Scalloped Potatoes and Ham

  • 10 Medium Potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 3 Cups Ham, fully cooked, cubed
  • 2 Large Onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 Cups (8 oz.) Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 Can (10 3/4 oz.)Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1/2 tsp. Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. Pepper



Step 1

In a greased 6 quart slow cooker, layer half the potatoes, ham, onion and cheese. Repeat layers. Pour soup over top. Sprinkle with paprika and pepper. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until potatoes are tender.
