Smoked Bacon Loaded Baked Potatoes

  • 1 packet Smoked Bacon Warm Dip Mix
  • 8 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 4 large baking potatoes, scrubbed and baked until tender
  • 4 Tbsp. finely shredded Cheddar cheese
  • Chopped tomatoes
  • Cooked, crumbled bacon
  • Sliced green onions

Step 1

Combine dip mix and cream cheese; heat gently in microwave until melted. Split potatoes open; dollop about 2 tablespoons prepared warm dip into each potato. Top each with about 1 tablespoon shredded Cheddar cheese and remaining ingredients to taste. Makes 4 servings.
