Pulled Pork Party Dip
Awesome and unusual party dip. I smoke my own shoulders and this is a great way to use up any leftovers.
- 1 C smoked pulled pork
- 1 8oz block cream cheese
- 1/4 C barbeque sauce (I use Stubbs Original)
- 2 Tbsp jalapenos, seeded and diced
- 2 Tbsp pepperoncini, finely chopped
Soften cream cheese at room temp for 30-45 min.
With a mixer, beat the cream cheese and BBQ sauce until smooth.
Fold in pork, jalapenos, and pepperoncini by hand with a rubber spatula.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve with crackers.
