Cream Corn Sausage Bake

- 4 cans cream-style corn - (16 oz ea)
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 pound sausage (pork or turkey) fried, drained, and crumbled
- 4 eggs
- 3 cups breadcrumbs
Prepare a 2-quart baking dish by spraying with non-stick cooking spray. Combine and mix all ingredients. Pour into baking dish and bake for 1 1/4 hours at 375 degrees.
This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
